Shipping policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products Wild Fish Seafoods do not ship to rural addresses. In the event orders are placed with a rural delivery address, these orders will be cancelled and refunded.

We recommend someone be home to receive delivery, as a signature will be required, however once delivery has been made a delivery confirmation message will be sent. Wild Fish Seafoods will not be liable for product that is damaged due to prolonged temperature change after delivery.

Wild Fish Seafoods engages the services of NZ Couriers and acknowledges that NZ Couriers is not in the position to ascertain the contents of any consignment given to it for delivery and is not deemed to be aware of the contents.

All orders are sent via tracked courier for overnight delivery.

Orders placed before 11am will be shipped same day. 

Orders are processed Monday to Thursday, which means delivery Tuesday to Friday.

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday.
