Returns
We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
However, we do offer refunds where certain conditions have been met.

Refunds
We are able to provide a refund or replacement product if the delivery of one of our products is late, or missing/not delivered.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at admin@wildfishnz.com with your order number.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 days for this to be processed.
Replacements
We are happy to replace products purchased from our online store if they arrive damaged.
Exceptions
Refunds/replacements will not be issued do to lack of care by the customer once delivery has been made. Including incorrect storage of product (-18degrees)
